What is ProjectVault?

ProjectVault, developed by Service Point is an online secure document management and data repository (designed for the lifecycle of the project) which gives our clients the ability to archive, organise, view, transmit and submit-for-print large amounts of project information. In addition it can also hold all the additional data relating to your project, be it project calendars, tasks lists, minutes of meetings, messages and net conference calls. It is as simple or as powerful as you want it to be and can be implemented according to YOUR requirements.

The ProjectVault solution is complimented by Service Point's ability to offer document scanning and document uploading as well as printing to their global network of over 400 branches.

ProjectVault technology can be utilised in two ways:

Intranet – own, manage and control your own vault local internal server ensuring complete security and ownership of YOUR documents.

Managed hosted systems – alternatively, we can supply you with your online vault through the Internet providing 24/7 access to all project information within a secure environment. Access is only given to people with an appropriate user name and password. Crucially, this also allows you to invite 3rd parties into your project team to view the same documents without giving them access to your entire network.
