The Shop drawing approval process can be fully managed through Project Vault. It allows a set of documents to be viewed, commented on, approved/rejected on-line, then reported on or issued out.

Work-packages can be issued electronically or in hard copy direct from the system. Work-packages are created and can be set up to recognise when a related document has been revised, resulting in that document or any addendum being automatically issued out to all bidders.

All communication is in real time, all documents are centrally stored in folders and project members are provided with access to the appropriate folders/documents within Project Vault.
