Exhibition stand designed, built and installed for key strategic event

MTS Group provides machinery, equipment, and vehicles to industries across the UK. Their market-leading products are on offer for both sale and hire to a range of industry sectors including, golf, construction, facilities management, local authorities, agriculture, events and more. They are well known for their two key brands for which they are of cial UK dealers, Bobcat and Club Car.

The Challenge

MTS Group needed a three-walled exhibition stand at an upcoming event, but had only a month to design and implement it. Paragon Service Point was recommended to them as experts with years of experience who could provide the service needed in such a tight timescale. The design and install processes needed to be handled in full, and MTS needed a supplier who could ensure their stand was professional and functional.
As a market place leader within the gol ng sector for golf buggies, MTS wanted to convey to their existing customer base that they also sold alternate services and vehicles such as turf management equipment. Thus the stand had to be familiar in terms of branding, whilst conveying this new message immediately to passing trade.

The Solution

MTS came to Paragon with their initial brief and ideas for how they wanted the stand to look, and the key message they wanted the stand to convey. Paragon’s head of Conferences, Exhibitions & Events then created a detailed hand-sketch incorporating the key ideas, and also suggesting some additional, innovative ideas and incorporating them into a scaled, practical design.
A timeline for production was then delivered once the design was approved, and production began. The total piece included wide format print onto Foamex, custom made panels for a seamless fit to screen the stand frame from view, as well as a barista space to serve hot drinks, TV screens, a seating area and brochures and other marketing reprographics. All was completed under a tight timescale, tailored to the customer budget and designed, produced and installed by the Paragon team. The team were also there a day before the event to install and ensure the stand is finished and handed over in a timely manner.

The Result

The client was very happy with the outcome, crediting the “dedication and hard work” of the Conference, Exhibitions and Events team in helping the event to be the success that it was. The stand focused and showcased the message of turf management, and was a space that was welcoming and eye-catching but also functional.
