Online Click and Collect Service Launched

As part of the continuing development of our online channel, Paragon Service Point has launched a click and collect service. This is a free service that combines the ease and speed of purchasing online with access to our extensive network of branches.

You can use this service by selecting 'Click and collect' on the Checkout Page of Once selected choose which of our 22 branches you would like to collect your purchase from. If you place your click and collect order before 2pm, it will be ready for collection after 4pm the following day.

How will I know when my Click & collect order is ready?

We'll send you an email when your order is ready.

What do I need to bring to collect my order?

We need to see proof of ID. This can be a current photo driver's licence or passport. We cannot release your order without seeing your ID.

Can someone collect on my behalf?

We're happy for someone else to collect your order, but to prevent fraud, the person you've nominated must present your order number and their own photo ID (passport or photo driving licence).

How long will you hold my order?

We’ll hold your order in store for 14 days. 

Which Paragon Service Point branch will my order go to?

When you place your order, you’ll be able to select a branch that’s convenient to you. 

What time shall I pick up my order?

Any time after 4pm. Do check the opening times of your chosen branch as they all differ. Find you nearest branch here

I’ve lost my order confirmation email.

Please check the junk mail folder within your email account, as occasionally confirmation emails can end up here.

If you cannot find your confirmation mail, we may still be able to release your order. Bring your photo ID or passport and quote your name and postcode at the reception desk.

To keep your order safe, we don’t let anyone collect on your behalf unless they have your order number and their photo ID.

I was unable to collect my click & collect order. When will I be refunded?

As each order is individually printed we cannot offer a refund if it is not collected within 14 days of the order being placed.

I would like to return my click & collect order.
